Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase; Nancy Rose Performance will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with the original tags attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted solely within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. We are unable to accept returns on any sale items.  All sale items are final sale.  Returns are processed as quickly as possible but please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Returns will be credited back in the manner of the original form of payment. To initiate an exchange, please follow steps to return and you will be asked to select the item you would like to exchange for. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt. 

Holiday gifting, orders placed between November 20th - December 15th will have an extended return period to January 15th 

All sale items are Final Sale, nonrefundable, nonexchangeable or otherwise determined by Nancy Rose Performance in its sole discretion.

We guarantee our product to be free of manufacturing defects. We will accept any defective product for a return or exchange. In the event of a manufacturing defect, you can return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. We exclusively reserve the right to determine if the product has a manufacturing defect.
